LPS was founded on a primary principle + value - clear communication is crucial!
As a *pending* PhD in Communication, our founder - Laurie - knows how important communication is to all situations. Likewise, she has seen how a breakdown in communication can lead to misunderstanding, poor employee/customer satisfaction, + mediocre results…
We also know how this communication translates from the academic setting to the pet industry…no pet parent wants to wonder about their furry friends’ well-being!
Thus, LPS prides themselves on clear communication; stemming from the initial Meet n Greet, continuing with daily updates during the service, + following up with a closing report for the clients.

One of our favorite parts about doing what we do is getting to meet so many amazing pet parents!
Obviously a Meet n Greet is important to get comfortable with the pets, but it is also to ensure that eat (human) client is also comfortable with us!
We value each conversation with our clients, whether it is listening to them tell us about their pets’ routine, share insight into how they got their pet + landed on their name, to hearing about their upcoming travels or goals at work, to finding little things in common!
