Step 1 - Fill out the “New Clients” booking inquiry form! This should take about 5 minutes + allows us to know more details about you, your pets, + desired services!

Step 2- Once you complete the form, expect a text message response from the LPS team within the next business day. In this message, there will be details on availability + a customized quote for your desired care!

Step 3 - The client + the LPS team member will then agree to a Meet n Greet day/time! This is included in any booking quote for free; *however, LPS does require a $20 deposit prior to the Meet n Greet to cover the team member’s time/mileage, as well as hold the original service dates on the schedule.

After the deposit is completed + the Meet n Greet goes well, the client then moves forward with the booking. At this point, the $20 deposit is deducted from the final service fee the client was original quoted!

Step 4 - The LPS team member assigned to your job will reach out to confirm service is still needed 8 days prior to the service, if applicable. *

Please note: We do have a cancellation policy, as this keeps both parties accountable for holding the service date. Learn more about the cancellation policy!

Step 5 - The LPS team member will complete the service, making sure to maintain professionalism, 5-star care, + providing you with updates/asking questions when needed!

Step 6 - One of the last things we need from you is payment! Please see our current 3 options for payment:

• Venmo (@larspetservices) *please note that this option will have to include an additional 3% processing via on top of the original quoted total

• Cash

• Check (make out to Lar’s Pet Services)
